Treetide brings together two perspectives that usually live apart: the view from inside a business, and the view from outside, where capital sits.
We apply both across companies of different sizes and stages — early or established, owner-led or institutionally backed. Engagements are usually some balance of building and advising, sized to what the work needs.
Method
We bring a working operator's hand to every engagement — building companies, the systems inside them, the data and tooling that hold them together. Sometimes that means stepping into the seat; sometimes building end-to-end; more often, shaping earlier decisions: what to build, what to buy, what to delay, what to walk away from.
